• Names and WhatsApp numbers of members and staff you add

• WhatsApp messages you send to MinkOps (text content)
• Voice notes you send (audio files, temporarily processed)
• Tasks, reminders, and operational data you create
• Usage metrics (message counts, task counts, voice note counts)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: Processing your messages, creating tasks, sending notifications and reminders
• AI processing: Understanding your intent from text and voice messages to execute the correct actions
• Voice notes: Generating spoken reminders in your configured language for staff delivery
• Account management: Billing, usage tracking, and cap enforcement
• Service improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve reliability

• Messages: Recent conversation context is stored for up to 24 hours to support multi-turn interactions, then automatically deleted
• Voice notes: Audio files are processed in real-time and not permanently stored by MinkOps
• Tasks and reminders: Retained for the lifetime of your account
• Usage data: Daily aggregates retained for billing and reporting purposes
• Account data: Retained for 30 days after account termination, then permanently deleted

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

• All API communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Database access is restricted by row-level security policies
• API keys and credentials are stored securely and never exposed to clients
• WhatsApp messages are encrypted end-to-end between your device and WhatsApp servers

• Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate data
