Usage & Limits

Messages: Every WhatsApp message counts — both what you send and what HomeOps replies. A single task typically uses 2–4 messages (your request + confirmations).

Tasks: Each task created counts toward your limit, permanently. Cancelling or updating a task does not free up usage.

Reminders: Creating a reminder counts as 1 task. When it fires, each notification counts as a message.

Voice Notes: Only voice notes sent by HomeOps to staff count toward your voice pool. Voice messages you send to HomeOps use your message allowance only.
